Recently, it has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals are impersonating our hotel and engaging in fraudulent activities against consumers. The known fraudulent methods include:

• Falsely categorizing orders as group bookings with multiple guests to solicit personal information for refund applications.
• Deliberately misstating the order amount, leading to overcharges and claiming additional transaction fees.
• Impersonating hotel staff, falsely alleging errors in credit card charges during ticket purchases, and requesting the re-provision of credit card numbers and related information over the phone.
• Instructing individuals to transfer money through ATM operations at the bank.
• Falsely claiming bonus rewards for topping up activities, discounted ticket group purchases, and other deceptive schemes.
• Falsely asserting that your ordering information has been hacked, and offering a refund as compensation.

Please be cautious and vigilant against these fraudulent activities. Our hotel will never ask for sensitive information or request transactions outside of our official channels. If you encounter any suspicious requests, please do not comply and contact us directly for verification.
